With a background in competitive Ballroom and Latin, Nikola brings strong technique and years of stage experience to the partnership. Mina, a pianist studying at the Music Academy in Zagreb, infuses every movement with musical depth and emotional nuance. Nikola, with a lifelong background in sports, found his greatest passion five years ago in bachata sensual. For him, bachata is not just about figures and technique, it’s about musicality, connection, and true self-expression on the dance floor. His journey has taken him through countless festivals, workshops, and social nights, shaping him into a dancer who values feeling over flash.
Gloria brings more than 20 years of dance experience, from competitive Latin and Standard beginnings to becoming the founder of La Obsesion, one of Croatia’s leading bachata studios. With her extensive knowledge, elegance, and deep emotional connection to movement, she inspires dancers at home and on international stages.
Jerko & Maja
From the coastal city of Split, Croatia, Maja and Jerko turned a chance encounter on the dance floor in 2011 into a lifelong journey. What began as one spontaneous dance grew into Baila Conmigo — a studio that has become a second home for many, filled with music, laughter, and connection.
Since opening the doors of their studio in 2016, they have shared their love of salsa and bachata with thousands of students, creating not just dancers, but a community that celebrates rhythm and joy together.
In 2023, they brought their dream to a new stage with the Baila Conmigo Congress Latino.
