Who are we looking for?
We are looking for friendly, reliable and positive people who:
- speak English well enough to communicate with international dancers, artists and the team
- love dance, music and meeting people from different countries
- are curious about how a festival works behind the scenes
- can dedicate around 12 to 15 hours of help during the festival (in several shorter shifts)
- want to enjoy a quality festival experience at an affordable cost
You do not need previous experience. What matters to us is your smile, attitude and that we can count on you.
What do you get?
As a ZBF volunteer you will receive:
- FULL Pass for Zagreb Bachata Festival 2025 in exchange for your help during the event
- a chance to see how an international festival is organized from the inside
- experience in:
- working under time pressure
- solving unexpected situations with a calm head
- communicating with demanding guests in a friendly way
- cooperating inside a professional but relaxed production team
- new friendships, networking and lots of dancing on our big dance floor
- memories of a crazy Bachata weekend in Zagreb that you will talk about for a long time
What will you be helping with?
Depending on your profile and availability, you may support us with:
- check in and registration
- info point and guest support
- artist care and backstage support
- party and social floor support
- small logistics tasks during the day
We always try to make shifts fair, keep them reasonable and make sure you still have plenty of time to dance and enjoy the festival.
